Hawkes Fire sponsored the AFOA golf Cyder Cup day at Weston.
New York fire fighters travelled to the UK to contest The Cyder Cup golf match against the English Airport fire fighters. The fire fighters involved in the aftermath of the 2001 terrorist attack on New York's World Trade Centre have been taking part in the Cyder Cup every two years against the UK Airport fire fighters.
This years event was won by the US team and the UK airport fire fighters are looking forward to visiting New York in two years to try and win the cup back.
