New Distribution arrangement for Angus Fire Products
Angus Fire is pleased to advise that they have now extended their current distribution arrangements in the UK with Hawkes Fire. Angus and Hawkes have been in a selective distribution partnership in the UK since 2001 and following the success of this arrangement, have now decided to extend their distribution agreement in England and Wales to cover airports and also power generation facilities. Therefore, with effect from 1st October 2009, Hawkes will take over account management responsibility for all Angus Fire brand sales.
We believe this new arrangement will now provide our major UK customers with a more extensive and dedicated customer service arrangement and on a similar commercial basis as currently enjoyed.
Hawkes Fire will offer a wide range of services to support the sales of Angus Fire product including:
- Rapid enquiry handling
- Planned Site Visits by appointment
- Technical sales support and advice
- Critical stock holding
- After sales maintenance and repair service
- Equipment testing
Apart from their considerable experience over many years selling Angus Fire products, Hawkes also distribute several complementary product ranges including for Sides; an Angus Fire sister company who manufacture an extensive range of fire fighting vehicles including airport crash tenders.
