Hawkes Fire can offer a complete service package tailored to the needs of the client to cover the Chassis and Top hat servicing as part of the regular maintenance requirements of fire vehicles.
Our fully equipped workshop offers servicing and repairs to all makes of fire appliances, ambulances and emergency service vehicles. Our engineers are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week with fully equipped vans. We can offer scheduled maintenance programs for chassis and van mounted fire systems along with repairs and full refurbishment facilities.

A comprehensive service schedule is followed by our fully qualified and highly experienced service engineers with the work undertaken either in our workshop or on site. For site work our engineers are completely self-contained using dedicated fully kitted out service vans.
Prior to any service a full vehicle inspection and functional test is carried out and a fault list produced. Working with the customer these faults are prioritised and a maintenance programme produced to reduce vehicle down time and to help to control costs. The customer is then advised of an estimate for parts and labour to cover all additional faults prior to the commencement of the agreed work.
Hawkes Fire maintains reliable and accurate vehicle records, full service reports and maintenance records which are issued to the customer for each vehicle after the completion of work. Our aim is to always work with our customers, to maintain our high standards and to offer a cost effective and competitive service within the market.
