Fabrication
It’s generally accepted that off site pre-fabrication helps maintain product quality and ease installation. Hawkes Fire has a design & build function with our own fabrication unit for bespoke solutions. This is combined with vehicle expertise supporting our role as distributor for SIDES fire trucks. Their appliances are now in use in over 100 countries.
Products include:
- High pressure / high volume pumps – two European refineries have chosen Hawkes Fire for a trailer mounted 15,000 lpm pumping capability.
- High volume trailer monitors – 3 major oil companies have chosen Hawkes Fire to protect their largest storage tanks from a major fire risk.
- Containerised foam proportioning systems – a world class oil company and a tank farm at a food additive manufacturer will be protected by our containerised foam proportioning systems.
- Hose laying trailers – combined with Angus FETCH hose retrieval systems. Now in use at Shell, BP, Sembcorp & Angus Fire.
- Modifications to existing fire trucks – select a truck & we’ll modify it to your specification.
- Bespoke hydrants to enable the use of high volume hose.
